The design vocabulary masterfully pairs crisp white finishes and light oak flooring with bold, dark-framed archways and striking contemporary lighting fixtures. From the state-of-the-art chef's kitchen to the grand dining space anchored by bespoke circular chandeliers, every detail is curated for both lavish entertaining and serene everyday living.

Challenges

As the client starts to build their family, they want to have a modern minimalist home that fits their family’s character. The client grew from a family culture of feasting, get togethers, and social gatherings; Thus a number of open spaces to hold such activities are a must.

Our Solution

The design proposes a Modern Minimalist Social Haven — a home centered on openness, connection, and celebration. Clean architectural lines and warm natural materials frame a generous open-plan core, allowing the family’s culture of feasting and gathering to flourish while providing calm private retreats for everyday living. Natural wood, soft neutrals, and tactile materials balance clean architectural lines, creating a home that feels refined yet deeply inviting — designed for feasting, gathering, and family growth.

The Vantage at Kapitolyo One-Bedroom Condominium Unit - Pasig City

Embrace refined city living in this beautifully appointed unit. The design showcases a sophisticated blend of organic textures and clean modern lines, featuring light oak cabinetry, geometric accents, and custom built-ins that optimize space without compromising on style. It is a thoughtfully curated retreat designed for relaxation and effortless everyday living.

Challenges

The small intimate family of the client wants a small modern, warm, and cozy multi-functional space where they could reside for quite sometime without sacrificing or compromising their living comfort.

The design presents a compact modern home that emphasizes warmth, flexibility, and efficient use of space. By incorporating multi-functional furniture, integrated storage, and a warm minimalist palette, the home maximizes comfort within a small footprint. Natural wood, soft neutrals, and tactile textiles complement clean lines, creating an intimate, cozy environment that supports both everyday living and long-term family life.

Defined by its impeccable use of materiality, Pontefino is a curated sanctuary that prioritizes textural depth and ambient warmth. The interplay of light-oak fluted panels against cool stone surfaces establishes a timeless aesthetic tailored for a modern lifestyle.

Central to the design is the innovative use of lighting as an architectural tool, with glow-enhanced transitions that highlight the home’s geometric precision. The open-plan layout is thoughtfully zoned through custom millwork and statement lighting fixtures, ensuring a seamless visual connection between the plush lounge and the sophisticated dining suite, all while maintaining a cohesive, high-end design language throughout.

The Design inspiration from the iconic brightly painted façades of Copenhagen’s Nyhavn, most famously lining the 17th-century waterfront district of Nyhavn. These historic, brightly painted facades were originally designed to help sailors identify their homes or taverns. The goal is to celebrate color, heritage, and community while embracing contemporary living in a dynamic, multi-functional space. This design solution combines Copenhagen’s rich architectural heritage with contemporary, adaptable living, creating a home that celebrates both the vibrancy of color and the warmth of modern life

Madison Park West Two-Bedroom Modern Chinese Condominium Unit - Bonifacio Global City

Experience a sophisticated living space defined by its harmonious material palette and thoughtful geometry. The design features a stunning waterfall marble island that serves as the heart of the home, complemented by minimalist cabinetry and warm wood accents. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light, while subtle traditional Chinese design influences are reinterpreted through sleek, contemporary lines and elegant lighting fixtures.

The client wants an elegant lay-by condominium unit where modern Chinese design is integrated to reflect their heritage at an upscale area situated at the modern lifestyle district of Bonifacio Global City.

This proposed Modern-Classical design for a two-bedroom condominium unit located at the lifestyle district of Bonifacio Global City homes a meditative yet luxurious mood that perfectly resembles the high lifestyle of the bustles in the corporate metro; Yet an escape as well for a homey and cozy abode that represents the client.

Park Cascades Studio Condominium Unit - Taguig City

This studio transformation at Park Cascades is a study in purposeful design and modern sophistication. By utilizing a bold olive-green and charcoal palette paired with warm timber slats, the space is intelligently divided into distinct zones for living, dining, and rest without sacrificing its airy feel. Bespoke cabinetry and integrated lighting create a cohesive, upscale environment that proves compact living can be both highly functional and visually stunning.
